Staff is friendly and most are knowledgeable of their departments. Store is always very clean. They do not have the straighest lumber. I have to cherry pick through lumber constantly to find straight boards.
This store is my Home Depot! This store has helped me built my home, always order certian supplies when needed. Always willing to help and always customer service is Awesome and clean! My experience today at Home Depot, Bulverde was mixed. The person who greets at the door was great, had a smile & was friendly & asked if I needed anything in particular. Very nice and I appreciated their direction. Good interaction with 1st person.
Next 2nd person I found & as they were I thought with a customer I waited, but I caught the attention of the employee letting them know I needed help. So standing at the front of the aisle I waited, & waited, & waited. I can say with certainty that it was more than 5 minutes so I went toward them letting them see I was still waiting. As I was then frustrated over the non service. Turns out that the employee and other person were friends and just talking about personal matters. I turned to walk away when then they decide maybe the employee should help me, lest I go retrieve a manager. I won’t shop there if I have another option. The only reason I am generously giving it 2 stars is because of the 1st person I interacted with. The 1st person is an asset, the one is not.
